Program Welcome Letter and Information
This program is designed specifically to sculpt your body ’Strong and Shapely’. Meet once a week for seven weeks with a certified personal trainer who will provide you with the ultimate workout challenge!Week one is an orientation session in which you will be introduced to the exercises, proper form, basic anatomy and nutrition. You will have an opportunity to see how the circuit will run and has been designed for varying fitness levels. Understand how to take your heart rate and what purpose it serves in a circuit workout. Most of all, you will witness how group training can bring enjoyment to intense exercise! Each week thereafter, you will complete one hour circuit training sessions using a combination of aerobic and muscular conditioning exercises. Classes will consist of the use of medicine and stability balls, free weights, BOSU, Urban Rebound trampolines and resistance tubing equipment!
We are thrilled to welcome you to this fun and dynamic Group Circuit Training program. You will discover how the choices you make can be the steps to your individual success. You will need to take some time to fill out the various questionnaires provided to you upon registration, as they are meant to help us in designing a program just right for you, but also to help you realize your own fitness and health goals.
Blood pressure and a Par Q form are standard health screening requirements and must be done prior to our second session. If at any time throughout this training program you feel lightheaded or dizzy, please inform the trainer immediately.
